Situated on the sea front in Littlestone-on-sea, New Romney, Sandbanks Lodge is a 25 bed residential care home for the elderly with big views of the sea and well tended gardens.
Providing specialist care for the elderly, and those with dementia and related illnesses, the care home team are dedicated to providing 24 hour personal and assisted care.
The light and airy home environment is set across two floors with the advantage of a lift to ensure individuals can move freely and safely throughout the home whilst going about their daily routines.
Communal spaces offer plenty of choice, from a large main lounge for socialising and further quieter and smaller lounge areas for reading or relaxing. A bright and modern dining area is the perfect space for a snack or a main meal, and the sunroom provides the option to enjoy the views of the well-maintained garden.
Outside is a secure garden laid to lawn and packed full of shrubs and flowers. Residents can enjoy a stroll across the garden and simply take a comfy seat on the extensive sun terrace to take in the sights and sounds of the magnificent surroundings.
Liz has 18 years of experience in the care industry, all of which she has gained at Sandbanks Lodge. Over the years she has worked her way up in the company to management level and is the holder of an NVQ Level 5 qualification.
During her spare time, Liz enjoys socialising with friends & family. Her favourite thing about working at Sandbanks Lodge is helping the residents to fulfil their time and creating a different experience for them.
At Belmont Healthcare we have a transparent fee structure which is based on our needs assessment of each individual - prices vary based on this and who is the funding partner whether this is through private means, therefore, agreed directly or through the Local Authority which agreed through our framework contracts with each party (please see our FAQs page for more support on funding).
