Belmont Healthcare has announced the creation of two senior leadership roles as part of its continued expansion strategy, with Andy Williams appointed as Head of Operations and Claire Latrielle promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Claire Latrielle appointed Chief Operating Officer

Claire Latrielle, previously Director of Care, steps into the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer. Claire has played a pivotal role in driving high standards across Belmont’s homes, consistently championing quality, compassion, and person-centred care.

As COO, Claire will oversee the day-to-day operations of the group, ensuring consistency in care delivery, regulatory compliance, and performance across all services. Her leadership will be instrumental in aligning operational strategy with Belmont’s long-term vision.

Andy Williams joins as Head of Operations

Andy Williams has been appointed as Head of Operations, bringing a wealth of operational expertise to the business.
