Person Centred Software is a leading provider of care management software, known for its innovative solutions that enhance the delivery of person-centred care. We work with the team to provide access to their care management software and ecosystem, including utilising ATLAS Pharmacy, a dispensing solution, which allows pharmacies to digitally service our care homes. Person Centred Software have also implemented a digital reception system across our homes and feedback capture systems.
RotaCloud is a cloud-based platform designed to simplify staff management for businesses and provide tools for scheduling shifts, tracking attendance, managing leave, and streamlining HR processes. We work with the team to provide a digital rostering system, automate some of our HR processes (e.g payroll), create an online buddy system, chat function, and to put in place geo tagging.
