_Typical duties may include:
- Liaising with colleagues and management to ensure that nutritional needs are met
- Ordering of supplies
- Keeping accurate records of food/supplies delivered
- Ensuring the kitchen area meets health & safety standards
- Managing kitchen staff rotas
- Creating a menu with a variety of options to suit all residents needs and choices
- Managing a budget
- Cooking a variety of meals for residents
The ideal Chef will:
- Have previous Chef experience
- Have a qualification in food preparation and cooking
- Be organised
- Be capable of overseeing a team
