Belmont Healthcare Group Celebrates Multiple Finalists in the Prestigious Kent Care Awards

Belmont Healthcare Group is celebrating the success of five of their team members who have been selected as Kent Care Award finalists.

We are proud to announce that five outstanding staff members from across the Belmont Healthcare Group have been selected as finalists in the highly respected Kent Care Awards.

Chris Saunders, Maintenance Manager at Wombwell Hall Care Home, has been named a finalist in the Ancillary Frontline category. Chris's exemplary service to the Belmont Healthcare Group has always been a beacon of professionalism and dedication. His commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for our residents has been recognised with this nomination.

Gurpreet Vara's, Assistant Manager at Wombwell Hall Care Hall has been selected as a finalist for the Social Nursing award. Gurpreet's unwavering commitment to offering emotional support, fostering relationships, and providing holistic nursing care is a testament to her skills and passion for the profession.

Kyle Butcher, a bright spark in our Haslington Lodge Care Home volunteer team, has been named a finalist in the Rising Star category. Kyle's exceptional dedication, quick learning, and innovative ideas have marked him out as a future leader in the sector. This nomination affirms his ongoing commitment to providing the highest level of care.

Tracey Crittenden, Activities Coordinator at Haslington Lodge Care Home, has been nominated for the Residential Champion award. Tracey's tireless work as Activities Coordinator and commitment to resident-centred activities sets a benchmark for the rest of the industry.

Liz Tart, Deputy Manager at Madeira Lodge care Home, has also been acknowledged as a Frontline Leader finalist. Liz's steadfast leadership as deputy manager and commitment to her team, and focus on improving quality care has set a new standard for what it means to be a leader in healthcare.

The Kent Care Awards celebrates the valuable contributions made by individuals within the care industry in Kent. This year's winners will be announced at a gala event in Maidstone on September 22nd, 2023. Belmont Healthcare Group wishes its finalists the best of luck and is incredibly proud of their accomplishments.
