Perhaps one of Zoe's most innovative contributions is the creation of the Home Care Weekly Newsletter bulletin.This internal news resource has revolutionised the way information is disseminated within the Home Care side of the company, fostering an environment of transparency and unity. The bulletin keeps staff informed about company updates, celebrates achievements, and shares insights into customer experiences, ensuring that the entire team is aligned and informed.
