Belmont Healthcare have announced they are taking the Winter chill out of the cost-of-living crisis by supporting their workforce with a pay increase of up to 8% over Winter.
In an attempt to make up for additional daily costs people are facing on energy, fuel and food, the company didn’t want to see their dedicated colleagues struggle in response to the added financial pressures.
Adam Hutchison, Managing Director at Belmont Healthcare says: “It isa fact everyone has less disposable income. At Belmont Healthcare we recognise the impact this has had, which is why we are offering financial support. Our colleagues’ wellbeing means the world to us, we don’t want to see people struggle and we certainly don’t want anyone to face unnecessary anxiety and stress.”
The pay increase of up to 8% will be visible in pay packers across the group starting from November, into December and January.
