Belmont Healthcare acquires three homes from Four Seasons Healthcare Group, as part of its growth strategy

Three care homes from the Four Seasons Group join Belmont, including Copper Beeches, Woodbury House and Murdoch House.

BelmontHealthcare, a leading provider of care services for the elderly and vulnerable, has acquired three trading care homes from Four Seasons Health Care Group, aspart of the group’s sale process.

The acquisition forms part of Belmont Healthcare’s ongoing growth strategy to acquire trading homes across the South East and Midlands, where it can add value to those homes through investment in technology and improved facilities.

Three homes from the Four Seasons Group join Belmont, including Copper Beeches CareHome in Rochester and Woodbury House Care Home and Murdoch House Care Home inBerkshire. The acquisition will increase Belmont’s portfolio to seven homes across the South East, add 97 beds across the group, build on the group’s capabilities in nursing care, and strengthen its residential dementia services.

Aspart of the onboarding process, all three homes acquired will be rebranded toBelmont Healthcare, and their infrastructure will be transitioned to digitise operations and build on the quality of care delivered to all residents and their families. This will include utilising Belmont’s digital patient records and medical system, and their online staffing systems, payroll, and employee support resources.

There is no impact on any employees within the homes acquired, and all members of staff will transfer over to become employees of Belmont Healthcare ServicesLimited.
