Belmont Healthcare Participates In Countywide Wellbeing Research

Staff across the Belmont Healthcare Group are taking part in a wellbeing survey led by mental health and wellbeing community interest company Changing Minds and Kent Integrated Care Alliance.

Tackling mental health and wellbeing head on, Belmont Healthcare are taking part in the anonymous online survey that will provide Changing Minds with data for a research study on carer and support worker wellbeing in Kent.

Clare Swan, Operations Director at Belmont Healthcare says: “Wellbeing is of the utmost importance to us, we are incredibly thrilled to be able to contribute to this research which will help a larger study on the mental health and wellbeing for carers in Kent. By taking part we will also receive valuable feedback on how our own company health and wellbeing programme scores in effectiveness and how we can make improvements to ensure the wellbeing needs of staff are met. ”

Belmont Healthcare offers multiple forms of long or short, respite and day care, or at home care for those in need of support.  Specialising in enhanced care and support of older people, care is also offered for those living with Dementia and other life changing conditions such as Parkinson’s disease.
