Giving tuesday winter bonus announcement

Marking #givingtuesday the global day of giving, the Belmont Healthcare Group has announced there will be a £50 bounce back winter bonus up for grabs in recognition of the exceptional work delivered by its care teams across the Group.

Supporting the care teams as they head into the expense of the festive season, Belmont Healthcare is offering the opportunity to benefit from a bonus of fifty pounds per month throughout winter to everyone who meets the qualifying criteria.

Belmont Healthcare Managing Director Adam Hutchison says: “We are grateful to our amazing teams, in fact our superhero workforce. Their continued support as we emerged out of the pandemic is nothing but exceptional. We have always provided additional support where we can, but this time a winter bonus seems fitting, it is an additional thank you to show our gratitude for their hard work.”

Giving Tuesday is a day where everyone, everywhere can do something to support the people or good causes that mean so much to them. It is a day to give back by supporting and a cause close to your heart or doing something good for your local community or someone in need.

The Belmont Healthcare Winter bonus forms part of a wider company pay scheme that provides bonus shift payments and financial reward for exceptional leadership and team member support; some team members are already seeing an 18% increase in their salaries

Adam continues: “We are always on the look out for more exceptional caring individuals to join our team. For those who think they have no experience, we provide full training, so why not join a company that takes reward and its people very seriously.
