Having a fun time can be sustainable as Madeira Lodge Care Home proves with their reuse and recycle themed Halloween decorations.
Using every day pieces ofpackaging, empty food cartons, bottles and tins were used to make fun and spooky Halloween ornaments to spruce the care home up for its Halloween celebrations.
Sarah Pennington, Manager at Madeira Lodge Care Home says: “Rather than buying loads of themed decorations we thought we’d have much more fun making our own. Everyone enjoyed transforming little noticed everyday items of packaging into some really stunning Halloween features. Think it may be a theme for our Christmas decorations too!”
