The safety and welfare of our residents and staff is our highest priority

Dear Family and Friends,

We understand that this may be a worrying time for relatives whose loved one is in
our home already and for those looking to move a loved one into a care home.

Due to the diligence of our amazing team we do not have Coronavirus at any of our
homes. We are covid safe places to work and live. We are following the latest
government guidelines and have plenty of PPE. Our staff are being tested weekly
and residents monthly.

We are able to accept new residents and have developed as safe as possible visiting
so that relatives can maintain contact with their loved ones. Sadly due to the spike in
the virus and to protect our residents we have had to stop face to face visits at this
time . However there are of course window visits and skype type visits for all. Of
course when it is absolutely necessary due to a need or event within the family a face
to face visit will be facilitated.

All our homes have also completed a telephone assessment with the Care Quality
Commission (CQC) where our approaches to preventing Coronavirus were assessed
as safe. You can view the CQC reports on our Care Home webpages.

The safety and welfare of our residents and staff is our highest priority and we are
confident that we are doing everything needed to remain Coronavirus free.
